Burn Fat By Resetting The Hypothalamus

We all know there are countless diet plans, fads, and programs all designed to help us lose weight and keep that weight off. Health guru Kevin Trudeau promotes one of the most popular plans that will teach you how to burn fat efficiently. His weight loss plan is not just a certain diet that you follow but is more of a daily eating lifestyle.

The human anatomy is actually programmed to store fat, not burn fat. In primitive times, this mechanism allowed humans to survive when food was scarce. In modern times though, the food supply is plentiful and consistent. So this once helpful feature is now unneeded and can cause you to become fat if you don't eat wisely.

Trudeau learned the secrets of successful dieting, first discovered by an English doctor more than fifty years ago. These secrets focus on the actions of the hypothalamus gland, the part of the brain that controls our appetites. Hormones that are produced by it, as well as others that work for it, signal our body to burn fat or store it, and affect our ability to control hunger.

Several tricks and methods help this way of resetting the hypothalamus to help rather than hinder weight control goals. One is the choice of foods that do not over stimulate the hypothalamus into a fat-storing frenzy. It can be as simple as avoiding simple sugars and other carbohydrates. By choosing foods rich in fiber and containing slower absorbed complex carbohydrates instead of simple sugars and syrups, the trigger for fat storage are avoided.

Another he says has special enzymes that speed the burning is the grapefruit. Eating grapefruit during the day can, he says, calm hunger and speed fat burning. He also recommends sticking to organic foods and avoiding all artificial sweeteners.

Trudeau also strongly recommends that anyone who wants to burn fat and lose weight not eat after six in the evening, as this may have tendencies to more fat storage. Another Trudeau standard is using colon cleansing to fine tune the metabolism by removing built up toxic materials in the bowels. Trudeau believes ending eating early and maintaining a healthy, clean colon are needed as well as eating the right foods and dodging the wrong ones for controlling your weight as a lifelong process.
