Cure Acne and Scars Naturally.

by Corey Evans

Everybody has experienced those painful pimples appearing on their skin. They might have caused us to suspend some commitment we may have. So, we stopped eating greasy food and started giving our skin a full daily hygiene. We even discontinued the use of our favorite make up or stopped shaving because it was too painful. What is worst, our skin isn't getting better. But none of these changes are going to solve this skin disorder called acne. Fortunately the solution is available and it is a natural treatment.

Biology Solution in Acne Cure

Acne vulgaris, or common acne is a skin disorder associated with the inflammation of the pores, leading, eventually, to a bacterial infection. Our skin is full of pores where we have hair follicles. Just think of a cross-section of the skin layers. First we have hair, then the root hair (follicle) associated with a gland, called sebaceous gland that secretes an oily substance to protect hair and skin. These glands respond to hormonal changes like the one related to increased testosterone production especially during puberty. These glands start to secrete more sebum and mix with dead cells, blocking the pore and causing the trapping of bacteria, producing painful pimples that can spread to our face, neck, chest, back or upper arms. When pimples get attacked by bacteria they become pus-filled as a results of the body's immune-defense reacting. There are three different types of bumps: whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples. A whitehead appears when a pore gets clogged-up and bulges out from the skin; a blackhead is produced when too many skin cells clog the pore and; a pimple is a result of sebum, bacteria and dead skin cells that make their way under the skin, usually after a lesion has appeared in the pore. Acne can affect the skin an entire life time, but this disorder is more frequent during puberty. Besides acne scarring (signs leftover from acne lesion) is a reminder of injury and tissue repair.

Biological Ingredients Without Bieffects

An acne cure including creams, soaps, pills, antibiotics etc, can last from months or even years, and in the long run can damage your body. The alternative of using natural skin care treatments is preferable because compounds extracted from our natural surrounding have many compounds with beneficial properties for our body. Salicylic acid, extracted from the tree Salix nigra is a perfect example of nature helping us to heal our body. This biological ingredienthelps unclog the pores by slowing down the shedding of the cells in the hair follicle and doesn't cause skin irritation (while the synthetic counterpart does). Other natural ingredients with skin regenerative properties are glycoconjugates and antioxidants extracted from the garden snail Helix aspersa. This ingredient has proven its regenerative worth through scientific studies done in Spain and USA, having beneficial properties in the treatment of acne, scars and even stretch marks. A different type of natural ingredient is the modified carbohydrate glucomannan obtained by the Japanese Konjac tuber (root) which reduces the surface tension of oil and facilitates its dispersion into droplets.

Cure Acne and Treat Your Skin

It's hard to find a skin care treatment that in the long term doesn't' damage our body, but choosing natural products is a healthy way of taking care of our skin. You can either choose a product that only moisturizes your skin or you can opt for a long lasting solution to acne, scars and stretch marks. Furthermore, most products are nothing more than a synthetic imitation of natural ingredients. So, do you want the imitation product or do you prefer the real one?
