The effects of wrinkle creams also include reduction in the number of sun spots. Because of air pollution and consequent damage to ozone layer, our skin is exposed to more ultraviolet rays which create sun spots. These creams help to reduce sun spots.

It is good to note that anti aging creams do make your skin firmer. Sometimes we due to age your skin may loosen up without wrinkling. You can find this out by doing a pinch test. As these creams make your skin firm, you will look younger as before.

You may be aware that there are pores on our skin, which helps the oxygen to enter and unwanted debris such as dead cells and extra sebum to go out. Liver spots are brown blotches on the face, neck and hands; that look really bad. These spots are formed due to prolonged exposure to sun. Removal of liver spots is cited as one of the effects of wrinkle creams. However, no conclusive evidence has been found to substantiate this claim.

Some creams contain higher doses of antioxidants. These antioxidants rejuvenate the skin cells. They provide the skin cells the required nutrition and control the age related skin ailments. Exfoliation, which is assisted by antioxidants, is a good example of the effects of wrinkle creams.

While choosing a wrinkle cream please be sure that it has a proven efficacy. It should be a product of a reputed cosmetic manufacturer whose products are known for the quality and reliability. However it is always better to seek the advice of an expert before buying a wrinkle cream.
